• Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee if done 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

3. Refund Conditions

• No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been provided, refunds will not be issued. We cannot compensate for the outcomes of aesthetic or wellness treatments as results may vary among individuals.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • If the service was not performed as described or agreed upon.
  • If there is a documented medical contraindication that prevents you from safely receiving the service you scheduled.
